This training equips school staff with essential knowledge and skills to recognize and respond to opioid overdoses, including fentanyl-related incidents, in the school setting. Participants will learn to:
• Identify the signs and symptoms of an opioid-related overdose.
• Administer an opioid antagonist (e.g., naloxone/Narcan).
• Implement emergency procedures when responding to an overdose.
• Properly store and dispose of opioid antagonists.
Through engaging discussions and scenario-based activities, school personnel will understand the skills  needed to take life-saving actions to protect both students and staff.

iLead is a series of lessons that are made up of values-based Transformation Tables designed by Dr. John C. Maxwell to develop students’ values and leadership skills. The format of these lessons allows students to experience leading as they take turns facilitating. Each lesson contains a short teaching on a value or leadership characteristic, asks students to evaluate how well they practice the characteristic, and encourages them to commit to one action step for the week that will allow them to improve.  Participants will walk away with a plan to implement Transformation Tables in their classrooms based on best practices.
