With a secondary education and leadership background, I have served as a high school mathematics teacher, assistant principal, and principal. I have prioritized data-driven strategies to support student achievement and school improvement throughout my career. My passion for utilizing data to enhance instructional decision-making led me to my current role as a DMAC Specialist. In this position, I provide training and guidance to educators and administrative teams, helping them analyze student performance data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans for continuous improvement. By working closely with administrators, I ensure that data is used effectively to drive informed decisions that positively impact teachers and students.
