Dr. Ricardo Garcia brings over 32 years of dynamic leadership in education, having served as a teacher, coach, principal, director, CFO, assistant superintendent, and superintendent. He now supports the next generation of leaders as a field instructor for principal and superintendent internship candidates at Texas Tech University. In addition, he serves as an educational consultant with Curriculum Associates—an organization that champions learning and supports educators nationwide. As a certified John Maxwell Coach, Mentor, Trainer, and Keynote Speaker, Dr. Garcia is passionate about empowering educators to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact on student success.
