Robert Peña is an Educational Consultant for Region 18 specializing in Science and TCMPC (formerly TEKS RS). Robert has been in the education field for 26 years, serving as a Teacher, Science Supervisor and Science Director, all in Midland ISD. He has a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Master of Arts in Education, with an emphasis in Secondary Science, from New Mexico State University.
